Spontaneous Decisions Lead Us to Good Things
Camie & I decided to stop by the Culinary floor before going to my last Class, the floor was filled with kitchens and students working ( it was pretty cool watching them make dishes and bartend), on the way to my classroom we heard the Head Chef of a Class counting “TEN, NINE, EIGHT, SEVEN..” and Camie & I got intrigued since we love watching Hell’s Kitchen & MasterChef. Surprisingly, Chef King saw us peeking and invited us over to be the judge for the dishes that the students made, and i must say, everything was Amazing! The Theme was Scallops & Oysters, and every dish was just so Good!
So Glad they also allowed me to take photos!
Such a huge surprise considering Chefs have this reputation of being aloof and scary. The chefs did have that vibe at first but being around them for more than a few minutes proved me wrong! I thoroughly enjoyed being around them. Kimi and I felt so welcome! My favorite is the Oyster Rockefeller dish (3rd photo)! They even invited us to come back weekly. We just might! :)
